The information we collect
This site only collects the information you choose to send us:
- through the contact form: your full name, the name of your company (optional), your email address, your phone number (optional), the nature of your request, your timeframe, your message and your consent, as well as the language of the page and the date you sent it;
- through the newsletter sign-up: your email address, as well as the language of the page and the date you signed up.
Fields marked "optional" may be left blank. Without the others, we cannot handle your request.
As with any website, our host Cloudflare receives technical information on each visit, such as your IP address, your browser type and the page requested, in order to display the pages and protect the site against abuse. We do not use it to identify you.
Why we use it
The information from the contact form is used only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to arrange a meeting with our team. The email address given for the newsletter is used only to send it to you.
This information is used with your consent: you give it by ticking the box on the contact form, or by sending your newsletter sign-up.
Before the first newsletter is sent, we will write to you to ask you to confirm your sign-up.
The technical information described above (IP address, browser type, fingerprint used to limit submissions) is used without your consent, because it is necessary for our legitimate interest: running the site and protecting it against abuse and automated submissions.
Who receives it
The information you send is forwarded by email to the EDI Solution team's mailbox. It is not stored in any database on the site.
To run this service, we use technical service providers: Cloudflare (hosting of the site and delivery of messages) and Google (Gmail email service). Their servers may be located outside Morocco, in particular in the United States: your information may therefore be transferred abroad for these purposes only.
How long we keep it
Requests received are kept in our mailbox for 3 years after our last exchange with you, then deleted.
Email addresses signed up for the newsletter are kept until you unsubscribe.
The site itself keeps no copy of what you send. Its technical logs only record the type of form, the outcome of each submission (accepted or refused) and, if it failed, its technical cause, the language of the page and the time, without your name, email, phone number, message or IP address. They are deleted automatically after 7 days at most.
To limit repeated submissions, the site computes from your IP address a fingerprint protected by a secret key, which cannot be turned back into the address and that changes every day. It is only used to count submissions for one minute and is not stored anywhere by us.
Protection against automated submissions
The contact form and the newsletter sign-up are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. This service checks that a submission really comes from a person and not from an automated program. To do so, it may read technical information about your browser and use technical elements needed solely for this check. This technical information, including your IP address and your browser type, is processed by Cloudflare, which also uses it to improve this service, under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and statistics
The site uses no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. That is why it does not ask you to accept cookies.
When audience measurement is enabled, it is provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, a tool that works without cookies.
Your rights
Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data gives you the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your information. You can also ask us to delete it.
If you live in the European Union, you also have the rights provided for by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in particular the right to ask us to restrict the use of your information and the right to receive it in a common format so that you can pass it on to another organization.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by simply sending us an email: this does not affect what was done before you withdrew it.
How to exercise your rights
Write to us at contact@edisolution.app stating your request. Our team will reply to you by email, within one month at most.
You can also lodge a complaint with the National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection (CNDP).
If you live in the European Union, you can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
